RVICS is celebrating its 31st year of service this year
(2008). In 2006-2007 its members completed 53,589
project hours of service.  Project hours accumulate when
4 to 6 couples serve for 3-1/2 to 4 weeks at a Project
Ministry. The men serve 21 hours a week and the women
serve 12 hours a week for a total of 33 hours a week.
The RVICS ministry has grown from the original three
couples to more than 150 active couples. Each team
consists of from 4 to 6 couples with one couple as a
Team Leader. Members are carefully selected and
commissioned as Team Leaders prior to leading a
team. The main goal of the RVICS ministry is to provide
the skills of carpentry, plumbing, sewing, library, tutoring,
and other service skills to worthy Christian Ministries
throughout the U.S. and Canada with no charge for these
services.

Missionary Servants should be retired, or semi-retired
and are encouraged to serve from a minimum of three
projects or up to eight to nine projects a year.
